Our contractors work in areas like systems integrations, ERP support, platform administration, contracts and procurement operations, RFx response, and AI workflow engineering. Most engagements are long-term, embedded roles where you work directly with the client's team.

Do I need experience with your clients' specific tools?

It depends on the role. For specialized positions (ERP, integrations, platform admin) we usually need direct experience with the platform. For operations and analyst roles, strong fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly matter more than specific tool exposure.

What does the application process look like?

Typically three stages: an application review, a practical take-home exercise relevant to the role, and an interview. We grade exercises against a consistent rubric — we care more about how you actually work than how your resume reads. The whole process usually takes one to two weeks.

Where are your roles located?

We hire remotely across Canada, the US, the UK, and also have a team in Manila, Philippines. Because our clients are primarily NA-based, most roles align with ET to PT business hours — we're upfront about schedule expectations in every posting.

Rates are agreed before you start and stated in every offer. Contractors invoice monthly and are paid on a fixed schedule. Any role-specific benefits or pay details are laid out clearly before you sign.
